Nose bleed: A nose bleed can cause drainage into the throat which is likely what she is experiencing. If it stopped within 25 minutes it is most likely a normal nose bleed-anterior, and I would not be concened. If she has excessive bruising, bleeding from the gums, then some bloodwork is warranted.
