You could have a: strained rib and should see your doctor for evaluation, or a DO for second opinion. You may have slept wrong or pulled a muscle in your back causing it to affect your rib that can impact your vagus nerve making you feel nauseous. Destress, and take a rest. Breathe, inhale. If your breath catches, a rib is involved/strained and easily treated.
