Check with your doc: It really depends the exact level. A mildly elevated level may mean nothing, a high level may indicate lupus and other things. Discuss with your doc.

Family practice : ANA , antinuclear antibody, testing is ordered to help detect auto immune disorders. It is a screening test and if positive prompts you to go further to detect causes. Lupus for one but there are others.
