Need long term Dr.: If BP abn. in a repeated reading is near 160/120, definitely needs treatment NOW. Even if over 120/80 may need at least follow up. The headache sounds like it may be a migraine. May need follow up with family doc, internist or, if frequent, and not responsive to one of several drugs, consider neurologist. MRA would exclude smaller aneurysms and is good for migraine diagnosis and prognosis.
