Forget all this: People eating vegetables and fruits derive no benefit from multivitamins and are wasting money. Candida has nothing to do with vitamins. Brown rice is much better nutrition than white but neither is relevant to candida. "Candida" is not a toxin. It is a NORMAL yeast present in all of us. Mutivitamins don't: address Candida, but probiotics do. Prebiotics and probiotics that can feed your microbiome is very good. Go to your health food store to get ones that can easily get to your small intestine, and you will need twice daily dosing between meals to help.A small amount of candida is normal, but not when it's creating a dysbiotic flora overtaking your gut.Make sure to be on a yeast free diet,no sugars!
