Mutivitamins don't: address Candida, but probiotics do. Prebiotics and probiotics that can feed your microbiome is very good. Go to your health food store to get ones that can easily get to your small intestine, and you will need twice daily dosing between meals to help.A small amount of candida is normal, but not when it's creating a dysbiotic flora overtaking your gut.Make sure to be on a yeast free diet,no sugars!
