Low back &: leg pain suggest POSSIBLE spinal stenosis, pinched nerves. Please see your doc. He/she may refer you to a specialist. Peace and good health.

Your symptoms: are somewhat "NON-SPECIFIC" a 'nice" way of saying "vague"!!! HOWEVER one clinical picture could explain your pain pattern (BTW you can't "feel"pain in your "lower kidneys") SPINAL STENOSIS could be your problem! GOOGLE IT! and speak with your PCP about this possibility! Hope this helps...just a thought.... Dr Z
