Anticipatory nausea: Perhaps you're describing anticipatory nausea which is usually related to chemotherapy. Is there something that you dread doing over the weekend? Spending time w/family perhaps? Or maybe your work week starts on Friday? Or perhaps there's a specific environmental exposure that occurs only on Fridays? Chat w/your Family Doc or counselor.
