Its the drug: Cilift is citalopram, a serotonin reuptake inhibitor used for major depression. It typically does cause some mild nausea , a side effect that usually fades with time. Being a form of stimulant it can make you restless. If you are taking it for depression it may be amplifying the anxiety that often accompanies depression. The usual advice is to give the drug two weeks to equilibrate for full effect
