Syncope: Syncope or passing out has multiple causes and warrants work up as it is potentially dangerous. In common vasovagal syncope post episode headaches are common. I suggest seeing your physician as soon as possible and refrain from driving and stay hydrated until then

Yes: But you must get evaluated by a Doctor, maybe the fall caused head injury.You need to get checked by a doctor to know the reason of the pass out.
