Don't think there is: I don' believe there is an FDA approved combination Cipro/Amox capsule/pill. I am not sure what the utility of such a combination would be anyway.

Odd combo: This seems to be an odd combination of two fairly powerful antibiotics. I know of no one who makes this and if they did I would steer clear of it unless informed by/prescribed by an infectious disease specialist.
