Caution: Wellbutrin (bupropion) + Brintellix interact to increase side effects of Brintellix and risk of 'serotonin syndrome' eg, confusion, increased heart rate, blood pressure changes. Discuss with prescribing doctor. This combination would require careful medical supervision. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
