Not likely: C.diff colitis/diarrhea often occurs after treatment with antibiotics like flucloxacillin, however, diarrhea unrelated to c.diff is far more common and would be expected to resolve in short time. Key is to stay hydrated. Warning signs include inability to stay hydrated, severe abdominal pain, fever, blood in stool, high degree of "mucus" in foul-smelling stool, or associated severe nausea.
