Sertraline s/e?: Diarrhea is a side effect of sertraline. Not clear if you've had diarrhea since increasing dose to 100 mg. That said, contact prescribing doctor to review and consider lowering dose to rule out med as cause. Also, see your pcp right away or go to urgent care for exam and treatment as there may be other medical factors contributing to or causing your diarrhea. I hope you feel better soon.
