Not really : The AAP released an article on 8/23/2013 advising that most medications are safe for breastfeeding mothers, although antidepressants were cited as ones with potential problems, yet it wasn't recommended to stop it, the NIH Toxnet and Lactmed databases didn't recommend stopping it either, check them for more information. You want to tell your child 's pediatrician about it too, enjoy your baby
