Sprained knee: Well you have diagnosed yourself. Now really you need to give a better history. What exactly did you do to injure the knee? Can you bear weight? Now crutches are not the answer. You could try a knee sleeve but again you are assuming the knee is just a sprain. If you do not improve in a few days you better see a doctor

Be seen: It would probably be best to be seen and fully diagnosed regarding the full extent of your injury. Then appropriate treatment recommendations can be made. Spraining your knee is not like spraining your ankle. You could think you sprained it and could have potentially tore s meniscus it your acl ligament.
