I have a sprained knee ligament its been 2 weeks now & now when i walk my knee gives out i'm wearing a knee brace but that also bothers my knee .

Ortho: If your knee is "giving out" then you need to have an Ortho evaluation. Until that is done, cont with the knee brace to protect from further injury.
