Difficult to say: You take the pills and it will vary as to the effect on your blood pressure. Depends on your activity and what you have been doing. Usually these can have an effect as soon as 90 minutes but if this is a pill you have taken it will take over time to actually lower the blood pressure and depend on multiple factors. The importance is in taking it on a regular basis as prescribed and then follow BP.
