Narcan saves lives!!: As of Oct 27, 2017 Narcan was available OTC in 46 States. In Rhode Island there are NaloxBox's in various public locations that can be used in an emergency (at no charge). In RI folks are serious about saving lives ! https://vitals.lifehacker.com/narcan-is-now-available-over-the-counter-in-45-states-1819896107. Nasal spray is available. I don't know if Evzio requires a prescription.
