See doc: poor concentration may be a sign of stress, physical and/or emotional fatigue, poor or irregular sleep, anxiety and/or other psychiatric disorder (ie. Bipolar/ADD/ADHD etc.) please see ur doctor to discuss meanwhile eat a good nutritious diet, assure 8 hrs of sleep per night, avoid alcohol, avoid stressors, avoid long periods of study- rather limit to frequent short intervals Good Luck
