Why is my daughters poop red shes 11?

Many reasons: Red stools can be very concerning or not a problem at all. Blood is red and blood in the stools is not a good thing. For this reason, red stools should be evaluated by a doctor immediately. It's possible that something (not particularly concerning) like food coloring might be the reason but red stools should be evaluated for blood immediately.

See a doctor: Your daughter should see her pediatrician as there are numerous causes for rectal bleeding this could be from an infection if she was having diarrhea this could also be from inflammatory bowel disease which tends to appear in young adolescents it can also be from hemorrhoids if she is constipated often
