See a doctor: You need to be properly examine and evaluated to determine the cause of bumps. In meantime, avoid harsh soaps, and detergents. As much as possible, try not to scratch. Avoid wearing underwear when sleeping. Wear only cotton underwear. Have a diet in high in probiotics/fermented foods...such as yogurt.
