Pregnancy: Nosebleeds are somewhat more common during pregnancy because of increased circulating volume and hormones. Don't worry, just be prepared with some tissues in your pocket. Sit down and tilt your head back and apply pressure for 5-10 minutes, use a cold pack to decrease blood flow to your nose. Nasal congestion can increase during pregnancy too. No direct link.: There's no direct link between pregnancy and nosebleeds, in that being pregnant shouldn't make you have more nosebleeds than you'd have otherwise.
