Laxative or enema: You need to relieve your constipation. You could take oral laxatives like Milk of Magnesia, (magnesium hydroxide) Smooth Move tea (from health food stores) and/or buffered Vit. C 2-3000 mg every hour. Or try a glycerin suppository or Fleet's enema. Ginger tea may help soothe your nausea. I advise taking a quality multivitamin and consulting with an integrative MD to treat your chronic health issues.
