Sure possible: all depends on which virus you have had a misfortune to be infected with; if its variety is same as that of the rest of your surrounding "sickies" - no chance u will get sick; if a different variety present- u may get sick again. Best thing is protect yourself with good hand hygiene and wearing a mask when feasible. stay healthy!
