The simple rule is: caring for your zirconia crown is just like caring for your own tooth. After the permanent crown is cemented, you may eat, drink, and clean your tooth just like you did before. Good luck!

Hygiene: If it is a solid zirconia crown, it is nearly indestructible, however it requires the same hygiene and maintenance as any other tooth. The weakest link at this point seems to be the adhesive to join it to the tooth structure, but improvements are in process.

The same care: Post care instructions is the same as getting a new restoration/ crown. Good brushing, flossing is always the key.

Usual for all teeth: Brush (electric toothbrush best) , floss, and have regular check-ups every 6 months. Good Luck.
