Not an answer: This is not an answer to your question, but worthy of serious consideration. Unless the cause of your bruxism is treated you will cause serious damage to your new and very expensive crowns. Consider having your occlusion evaluated by an Orthodontic Specialist before committing to the crowns. An Orthodontist can create the best possible platform on which to do restorative treatment.

Full mouth rehab: If you are considering full mouth rehabilitation or think it may be the right choice to address your needs, the first step is to visit dentist office for a consultation and treatment plan. Full mouth rehabilitation is a highly individualized treatment.

Make sure that teeth grinding is not part of an underlying problem before spending the time and money on the redo. Often sleep disorders such as apnea lead to grinding and need to be corrected first or the problem continues. See dentist to screen that has expertise in sleep medicine.

Depends: depends on the complexity of the case. full mouth rehab cases are very complex and sometimes they will restore the whole mouth, place the patient in temp crowns for a period of time and then place the crowns. some cases can be handled in a more step wise fashion. Find a good prosthodontist for this type of case please.
