A member asked:

My jaw has been locking since i started taking doxycycline, what do you recommend?

Coincidental: Jaw locking probably caused by disc displacement, which in turn may be caused by malocclusion. Jaw dysfunction is not a side effect of your antibiotic. See your Dentist about your jaw.

Unrelated, see DDS: Patients with TMJ syndrome experience pain in the jaw, problems chewing, difficulties opening or closing the mouth because the joint locks in place very often. If concerned, see your dentist for evaluation and referral to OFP specialist if needed.
