Nausea: Is there a possibility of pregnancy? Other possibilities include gastric disorders like gastritis or peptic ulcer,, inner ear disorder,anemia,iron deficiency,underactive thyroid, low blood pressure. Your physician will order the appropriate tests if symptoms persist.
