1-4 weeks: Very variable, but on ave the med will be out of your system in about 10 days (very variable if measured). Since it is a hormone the effects last longer. While coming off of it you should be under the care of an endocrinologist experienced in getting people off of the medication as stopping it can be very uncomfortable, but can be made easier. Some people keep sex ability, but have other sx's.
