Follow-up: If your CSF looks cloudy it may mean there is an infection or a buildup of white blood cells. If it appears bloody or red there may be bleeding or spinal cord obstruction. If the color is brown, yellow, or orange it could be a sign of increased CSF protein or previous bleeding. This should be followed up carefully.
