Why i have diarrhea continuously for a week now. it occurs every morning or evening. after i eat or drink anything. is it because of hormone changes?

Avoid harsh roughage and take kaopectate (kaolin and pectin) for now. If symptoms persist your physician will take a history,examine you and order appropriate tests in order to diagnose and treat you.

GASTROENTERITIS: Acute onset of symptoms is most consistent with gastroenteritis. You need to rest , fast for 8-12 hrs then clear liquids as tolerated. You need full exam and lab screen to rule out infection. If symptoms persist abdominal US or CT to rule out appendicitis. If it is viral it will resolve in 24-72 hrs. If fever or pain worsens seek ER eval.
