Big glass of water!: Take the tylenol, (acetaminophen) as directed on the bottle, w/ at least 8 oz of wtaer. It is so dry indoors during the winter, that you need extra fluids. Why are you having a headache? If from alcohol use, hydrating and Tylenol (acetaminophen) will help that too. In an hour and a half, and if no nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or abdominal pain, take the ibuprofen 800 mg you say you're on with food (not dairy though). No help? ER!

Try: 3 excedrines on top of the Tylenol (acetaminophen). Also I've might help. Merry Christmas too!! Hope you feel better!!
