It may help: Lupron and Synarel (nafarelin) are both GnRh Agonist drugs that tend to block any progression of existing endometriosis, but may or may not help with the pain. If a 3 to 6 month course of Lupron doesn't alleviate the pain your MD may consider Laparoscopy with ablation as a method + pain medication.

I am on my 3 injection of a year long treatment of depot lupron for endometriosis. and it is not working the way it usually does. I have NO relief compared to the relief I feel normally.. is there a possible explanation for this?
