Likely virus: Acute viral gastroenteritis classically presents with acute vomiting for the first 1-3 days and subsequent development of watery non-bloody diarrhea. Fevers may or may not be present. Focus on fluids like pedialyte or water if no history of kidney problems for rehydration.
