What precautions for quick healing should be taken for cellulitis near genital area in infants?

See the doc: Cellulitis in this area needs to be treated with antibiotics .If it is early, sometimes oral medications will work, however I have occasionally had to hospitalize some for intravenous medications.This is an urgent problem.
