Very common: For lymph glands to swell up or enlarge when you get a cold or an infection. At times it takes much longer for it to resolve. As long as it is not getting bigger, tender , no fever and discoloration , let time take care of it. If anything change , with pain, redness , tender to touch or fever , see your doctor.
