Scar: If you just had surgery, that is qitie early for keloid scarring to develop, I would notify your surgeon regarding this as to make sure there is not an infection going on.

Probably: Due to deep suturing of fascae / scar tissue and should resolve in 4-6 mo. Ask your surgeon on the next post op visit
