It is ok to take but: It is safe to take 2tablet 325mgm each for temp or pain if used for short period for pain or high fever.But there was a Danish study where they found long term use like over 6 weeks and in some cases 20 weeks,the children had an increased risk of developing ADHD.I suggest you avoid it by dribking more fluids and only take it if your temp goes over101and/or associated with pain.It is safe for short
