Get Checked: This is a very difficult question to answer with this much information. How long have you had diabetes? I have to wonder are you type 1 or 2? How hi are your sugars? This could be anything from early diabetic ketoacidosis (can get test strips in drug store), which should be treated in your doctor's office or ER to an odor from a particular food permeating your sweat. It needs to be checked.
