Antihistamine : Try OTC Antihistamine like Loratadine etc and keep an eye on the color of secretions if these turn to dark yellow or green you will need Antibiotics. Also try Mucinex (guaifenesin) DM for further symptomatic relief especially if difficulty with bringing up the sputum or significant cough.
