I am a 19 yr old female. and around 7pm ish i get a headache for about 2 hours for the past 4 days. i've taken motrin but that is not helping.

Are you having any: other symptoms (sore throat, fever, vomiting, blurry vision, rash)? Do you have a history of headaches or a family history of headaches? Have you been exposed to any chemicals or fumes at work, home or school? I would call your doctor and let him/her know about the headaches, as well as the answers to those questions; he/she can advise you (probably after examining you. )
