Aleve (naproxen) won't help: Nothing can slow/delay a menstrual period(mother nature rules!). But if you want to try, use the stuff available over the counter which is usually of half strength, so you may have to double the dose. But do not take it more than twice a day and limit it to no more than 2-3 days. It can cause stomach ulcers!
