What is the difference between anaprox, (naproxen) naproxin?

They are the same.: All medications carry two different names, there is the generic name which is the name of the actual drug (naproxen in this case) and the trade name from the company who sells it (anaprox in this case). Naproxen is sold under several other trade names but they are all essentially the same medication. Many times if you can find generic Naproxen at wal-mart you can save a dollar or two!

Question unclear: Naproxyn, like other similar compounds may produce abdominal pain and upper GI bleeding, and can predispose to cardiovascular events which can be life-threatening. Can also interfere with some anti-depressants.

Is naproxen related or similar to naprelan?

Yes: Naprelan (naproxen) is an extended-release forumla of Naproxen purported to have less stomach irritation. Of course it is 100's of times more expensive and probably dosen't appreciably lower the risk of GI complications. Also, all nsaid's like Naproxen slightly increase the risk of vascular complications such as stroke, heart attack and high blood pressure.
