Alkaline phosphate: Often elevated in growing children. It's source is from bone and liver. It can be fractionated if there is concern for disease. All the best.

I'm not certain...: ...why your daughter was diagnosed with an elevated alk phos. Normal range for a toddler is from a low of 145 to a high of 420. A BUN to Creatinine ratio of 88 (22/0.25) can be caused simply by dehydration. In any case, all of these tests must be interpreted in light of your daughter's overall health, growth and development. I hope she's otherwise fine.
