Treat blood pressure: Best advice i can give is to invest in a blood pressure machine and keep a daily bp journal. If the readings are normal then you dont have anything to worry about and dont require treatment. If bp is elevated. Then most important is to be mindful of sodium and keep it below 2000mg a day and eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.
