Diverting controlled: substances is illegal & not ever a good idea. Ask your psychologist to help you with self-calming techniques for flying at your next Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy session. If you have not yet sought accurate diagnosis & treatment of you Anxiety Disorder(s), ask your PCP to refer you to a psychiatrist & psychologist when you go in to request sedatives for your upcoming flight.
