NO: In the almost-impossible circumstance that the person who dipped had blood in their mouth, the blood went from the fries into the sauce, and you had an open cut in your mouth that allowed that blood to enter your blood I guess that could happen, but even if you and the other person both had bleeding mouths this would be very unlikely. No: HIV is only transmitted by sex or direct exposure to blood. It is not transmitted through food or shared eating utensils. You will never get HIV if you are not sexually exposed and if you do not share drug injection equipment with other persons.
