I someone with aids bites another person, would that second person get aids?

Possible: Transmission of HIV from a human bite by someone who is HIV positive is theoretically possible, especially if the bite breaks the skin.

HIV FROM HUMAN BITE: It is highly unlikely though possible.Hiv can only pass this way through direct blood to blood contact, and not through saliva. The infected person need to have blood in his mouth and break the skin of other person, so that infected blood enters the uninfected person the chances of this happening are thus very unlikely and rare event.

No: After all these years, there's still no credible account of transmission via a human bite. This fear -- in a class with transmission by mosquitoes -- was used to discriminate against hiv-infected children by people who wanted them barred from classrooms. Don't be a party to this kind of thing.
