Urate crystals are : completely harmless. They are more common in the first 6 weeks in breast-feeding babies whose mother's milk supply hasn't developed fully. If multiple doctors have said that his weight gain & hydration status are good, you do not need to worry any longer about the harmless urate crystals in his nappy. Happy Christmas!
