Blood: Blood in Stool is abnormal and needs to be explained. It simply may be from hemorrhoids or anal fissure, but tumors,diverticulosis and inflammatory bowel disease have to be ruled out. Discuss this with your physician who will arrange for the proper evaluation and referrals to appropriate specialists.
